[GEM-dev] new w32 binary!

yesterday i have managed to compile Gem on W32 (surprisingly simple that 
was)

this version has been compiled with DirectShow9 and QuickTime7.2 support.
support for tablets has been further removed.


known issues
------------
missing objects: [pix_fiducialtrack], [pix_vpaint]
[GEMglGenTextures] is known to crash (this has been fixed in CVS 
already, but i didn't want to recompile it again for an object which is 
probably not so much used; it will of course be fixed in the next binary)
