[GEM-dev] template for pix_video plugin?

Sofy and I (and others) are thinking of attempting to add support for  
the Kinect camera.  Is there a nice clean template for adding a camera  
plugin?  I looked at the code there, and it would make it much easier  
to start with a super basic template of what needs to be implemented.
