AVT provide a cross platform SDK which handles IIDC, GigE and maybe more<br>but i think it&#39;s AVT dependent<br><br>libdc1394 support lots of industrial cameras but mainly firewire ones and it&#39;s not ported to w32<br>

i think halcon plugin can manage all type of industrial camera.<br>

PS : does anybody tried an other solution (like GigE or USB&lt;-&gt;Ethernet&lt;-&gt;USB) with Gem when you need long distance between camera and computer ? Is it very stable ?<br>
