Iohannes,<br><br>you were right, [create, 1( is the solution. Plays all files, but the quality is extremely poor.<br>As I was in a big fog, everything is blur. The original size of the videos are 1280x720 and the dimen for gemwin is the same. If I reduce the size to 360x180, no difference, all blur.<br>
<br>Tried meanwhile to open playlists created in VLC, but no luck, PD creates a black rectangle, and nothing is played. Tried with m3u,m3u8,html or anything VLC offers as a playlist file type. What do you think, how should it work?<br>

the only things i noticed:<br>
- in your patch ou don't turn rendering on, (there's only a [create( but not a [create, 1( or simile)<br>
- in your patch you have no order of the messages [driver( and [device( defined. **always use trigger when you want to connect one outlet to multiple inlets**.<br>
- in your patch you are tring to open an mp3 file. i don't know what you expect to be displayed?<div class="im"><br>
