The -data option to "event generate" seems to have disappears in Tcl/Tk 8.5.8,
so I refactored the code to not use it anymore, and instead use the
$::editmode() global array.  This also means instead of "Loaded" 0/1 events,
there are "Loading" and "Loaded" events.
