[PD-dev] CVS externals update

Hi folks.

Just a couple of little updates for MacOSX into CVS/externals.
I fixed a makefile typo or two in maxlib's darwin instructions.
I also added an experimental 'altpackage' make instruction to the build/
darwin/makefile, to make an installer that puts stuff into /Library/Pd/
Externals.
