[PD-dev] Jack client close patch removed?

Hi all
Just checked out the devel_0_37 branch of PD, and noticed that the 
previously included patch to fix a jack client close bug has gone. Is there 
a jack subsystem revamp going on that I am not aware of, as I know the 
patch wa there at one stage.
