[PD-dev] build flext as a dynamic library problems

Hi Georg,
the necessary flags are already included in the flext makefiles, the
respective targets are disabled though.
You just have to edit makefile.pd-msvc and delete the # character in the
all: line.
Be sure not to have STK or sndobjs defined in config-pd-msvc.txt because
currently those cause clashes when linking.
Then, you should be fine with build-pd-msvc.bat
