[PD-dev] Catchier name for the development branch ?

i don't like the idea of spending a lot of time with reinventing wheels
... the console was one example ... you invented one and miller invented
one ...
also, i'm not supporting the threaded soundfiler any more due to the
missing array locking, that i don't want to rewrite for each new
instance of stable_ ... basically, i'm waiting until miller introduces
some functionality for this until i start working on a clean version
again ...

it's cool that you are planning to resume your works on impd ... i hope,
you'll work on devel, when working on that ...
but i'd suggest, we discuss about the specific issues ... maybe having a
devel_ developer meeting on irc ;-)
