[PD-dev] win32 question

Hi Tim,
yesterday i was helping with an installation running PD on Win98... 
since this PC was too weak to run Win2000/XP and the artist wouldn't 
like to invest his time in learning linux, i would say that Win95/98/ME 
should still be somehow supported.
