[PD-dev] adding .pd_linux and .pd_darwin to cvsignore

I tested this list on my local machine, it works nicely.  I'll commit  
it if there are no objections:

# Pd binaries
*.pd_linux
*.pd_darwin

# archive formats
*.zip
*.sit
*.gz
*.bz2
*.tar

# Mac OS X apps
*.app

# autotools files
autom4te.cache
config.log
config.status


.hc
