How much of it is because of the inherent complexity of [trigger], vs how
much is because of how it ties in with execution order, the hot/cold
inlets and the standard outlet order (right-to-left) ?
And then how much of the rest of trigger can be explained in terms of
other things that may be already known? For example, [t b] is like a [t a]
with a [bang].
