Summary: iem_pbank and accessing out-of-range lines

Initial Comment:
there seems to be a problem with recent iem_pbank and accessing out-of-range lines (as is done in tm's LoopingTom to get the number of lines in the pbank).
my file has about 99 lines, but requesting lines 100-105 (approx.) it will already output *something* (like "0 \r 0 0 0 0 0"; note the \r in there!)

the file in question is attached.

the problem seems to appear only with new versions of iem_pbank
