Summary: The Pd Extended App doesn't launch on OSX 10.7

Initial Comment:
Pd-0.43.1-extended-20110920 104-i386 doesn't launch on OSX 10.7 if started though the app icon. It immediately closes itself after showing the Pd window for a few miliseconds. However Pd-0.43.1-extended-20110919-106-x86_64 does lauch sucessfully. Both lauch fine in 10.6 (contrary to prior reports)! When starded through the command line I get:
$ ./Pd-0.43.1-extended-20110920

open: ./gem.conf: No such file or directory
