[PD-dev] remove all .la (libtool archives) files created by autotools

Why not make it part of zexy's build system?  If zexy shouldn't  
install them anyway, that seems like the best place for the fix.   
Debian's pd-zexy also should not include those files, so it would be  
fixing that problem also.
