Summary: Device name for built-in mic truncated in Audio Settings

Initial Comment:
This bug is known to affect Pd-0.43.3 and Pd-0.43.4-extended-20121010 on Mac OS X 10.8.2

The issue is that the device name for "Buit-in Microphone" is truncated to "Built-in Microph" on the above system. 

According to this thread: http://www.mail-archive.com/pd-list@iem.at/msg53562.html - this has shown NOT to be in an issue on earlier versions of Mac OS X.

Attached are screenshots of the correct and erroneous versions of the settings dialog.
