I'm doing a custom build of several externals on Linux (Debian Wheezy arm hf on an Udoo board) using the externals Makefile and iemlib fails to build.

Adding the following to line 835 after $(CLFAGS) fixes this:

-I$(externals_src)/iemlib/include -fPIC
