[PD-dev] [clone] improvements/bug fixes

Hi, this PR tries to fix two issues with [clone]: 

1) prevent a save cloned abstraction from closing (unless you change the inlets/outlets)
2) fix the order of loadbangs within cloned abstractions in relation to the parent canvas. 

since this is a bit delicate I'd be happy if more people could test it and report any issues.
