[PD-dev] Where is the universal wish for macOS?

Hey all

If I'm not mistaken, the releases for recent macOS versions on Miller's
page are universal builds based on a universal Wish.app. When I do
`make app`, the resulting app is based on the included wish-shell.tgz
from mac/stuff which is only x86_64.

How are the official releases made? From where do they get their
Wish.app?
