The openpanel object on WinXP and Pd 0.39 causes Pd to exit
randomly. It doesn't crash, and the debugger says it simply exits
with:<br>

The program '[4032] pd.exe: Native' has exited with code 1 (0x1).<br>

I haven't found any real pattern to this other than doing more than a
few seconds of searching will trigger an exit. File browsing is
somewhat futile.<br>
