we are talking about two different things: the "central place for<br>
externals code" and the "correct place to submit a patch".<br>

the SVN is the first one, but you are looking for the second one:<br>
reporting bugs and fixes is done through the patch tracker at<br>
<a href="http://bugs.puredata.info" target="_blank">http://bugs.puredata.info</a> (which is an easy to remember URL pointing to<br>
the sf patch tracker).<br>
<br>
while technically every dev-member of the "pure-data" sf-project can<br>
write to the entire SVN, the *policy* is that only the maintainer of a<br>
package commits to their code.<br>
