Pd 0.27 released

Hi all,

I've released Pd 0.27.  New features include:

(NT) flag to defeat constant resynchronization of audio 

(IRIX) finally got the *$&%# to compile as N32

(all platformas) made a search feature.

I fixed the textfile_rewind and pd_clear bugs  that 50.z>XX_IWTR.753.28
reported earlier today (thanks for telling me!) and wrote some new objects
for compatibility with various programs named after Max Mathews.
