you have to load ggext with -lib
i dont do a make install but copy the "ggext.pd_linux" into the directory
where i start pd from so i m sure it find the right version ..

me at mymachine:~/pd > pwd
/home/me/pd
me at mymachine:~/pd > ls ggext.pd_linux
ggext.pd_linux
me at mymachine:~/pd > ./pd/bin/pd -lib ggext
start
     up
       bla
          then:
loaded ggext version 0.9 (C) 1999 Guenter Geiger
**
Pd: signal 2
me at mymachine:~/pd >
