jup i'd say any form of announcement of pd-related
software,project,website,performance,clothes-line,&c or respective new version

all questions go to pd-list ()

 |cold filter out the "best of" from that list and
 |put it on the wiki so we get an archive.

 |i still am not convinced to split the list into one
 |for each users and developers - nicolas has pointed it
 |out right, imho.
