 |i had the same problem with my debian system and tcl/tk 8.3
 |if you put the whole path in the include-directive in
 |t_main.c and t_tkcmd.c make will work.

 |t_main.c:#include "/usr/include/tcl8.3/tk.h"
 |t_tkcmd.c:#include "/usr/include/tcl8.3/tk.h"

yeah or add  -I/usr/include/tcl8.3 to INCLUDE in makefile ..
