[PD] ASIO support

Hi all,

I've put my version (126 -->256, plus the TK bug fix) out as test 14 on:

http://www.crca.ucsd.edu/~msp/software.html

I haven't actually seen it run with ASIO (I have an RME Hammerfall PCI; nobody
seems to be able to use that one with Pd&ASIO yet...)
