[PD] gui patch Windows binary

I figured some people wouldn't like it so that's why I did two separate
patches. I personally think it looks kind of nice (that's why I did it 
:), well that and I didn't have anything better to do at work all day), 
and the performance loss on my system is completely acceptable.
