[PD] percolate for linux

I managed to compile most of the objects not being instrument models for
linux (at least the ones I tried). The makefiles are there, no need for
much modifications. The gQ problem is Windows only, I think.
Lots of them sound rather distorted, however: I don't know if that's the
intended behaviour, but I suppose it is.
