[PD] M-Audio cards and PD

I'm using a Delta 44 with Pd and ALSA and am very happy with it.  Works
perfectly.  Latency is very low, only noticeable when playing an
instrument (esp. a guitar) through adc~ -> ... -> dac~, but then I
haven't even looked into tuning Pd for low latency (but do have the
kernel LL patch applied).
