[PD] Convert float to string and appending two strings

Use the "makesymbol" object from the zexy externals.

#N canvas 7 512 1242 459 10;
#X floatatom 89 70 5 0 0;
#X obj 89 138 print;
#X obj 89 92 makesymbol cat%s;
#X msg 89 115 \$1;
#X connect 0 0 2 0;
#X connect 2 0 3 0;
#X connect 3 0 1 0;
