[PD] math floor function?

hi list

i need two functions, but i'm having trouble coding abstractions for them and i can't find any suitable external.

i need what i think is a "floor", to output the lowest number for any stream of floats.

i also need a "top" which would output the highest received number in a stream of floats.

the "minmax" object does great in this area, but it requires a list.

any hints?
