[PD] mouse wheel

I threw together an abstraction (attached) for Griffin's PowerMate that
generically maps the up- and down- arrows and page-up and page-down to
increment/decrement a state value.

I've only tested it on my Mac, so the key-number mappings internal to the
abstraction might need to be adjusted manually. I've also used this with
a scroll-wheel by using a control panel that maps the scroll wheel to
these keys.
