[PD] [GEM] cvs-update: configure

hopefully i have fixed the configure-check in the cvs-version of gem
additionally, the openGL-wrapper-objects now are openGL-1.1 compliant 
(and i have regenerated all of those 268 objects, so they might behave 
different now. anyhow, i don't think that anybody has used them already ?)
still no documentation for these. and very alpha -- i have done no real 
testing, but the [GEMglColor3f] works ;-)
