[PD] selector~ and gate~

"begin~" does something similar to "switch~" in PD, so i didn't really miss "begin~" in PD so far. as far as i can remember you can 
connect it to signal generators (osc~ etc.) in order to take them out of (or put them back into) the signal processing chain to save 
CPU load. can't remember anymore how it worked in detail, though.
