[PD] pd, alsa, rme hdsp

hi!
i'm using pd(0.36cvs)+jack+hdsp(pcmcia) for a while now, and it's quite
nice.
latency is my only problem, but that's a laptop-pci-thing, and not
related to pd or jack.
