[PD] Command Line interface?

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you can use the built-in
pdsend from the command line without a problem. With [netreceive 3000 0
old] you automatically dispatch to "receive" objects that have the name
of the first symbol that you type.

An example:
% pdsend 3000
foo 1 2 3 4;

...would send the list "1 2 3 4" to a receiver named "foo".

I hope this model would fit into your patch... not a perfect solution,
but it'll work with no extra externals or programming.

Cheers,
adam
