[PD] NRPN 14-bit controllers

         Due to the low mention of NRPNs in the archives of the list I 
assume that no one here really uses them.

         I did manage to find an NRPN out patch here 
http://www.iua.upf.es/~sergi/download/cursos/MAD/Interactsystems2001-2/clase5/. 
But that's about it.

         I'm writing an NRPN parser abstraction (to control values in Pd) 
if anyone's interested. If this has already been done then please let me know!
