[PD] bug in hradio and vradio

Hi all,

I've fixed teh "send" bug (in my copy) which I'll probably release as
0.36-1 in a week or so (when I really think it all works..)
I can't get "radios" to forget their location in GOP's though... if
you can figure out how to get it to happen repeatably I can probably
fix that too.
