[PD] sequencing question!!!!!!

what kind of facility exists in Pd to do sequencing? inherently or via
externals... etc.

i've used csound and several windows GUI sequencers, but i don't know
anything about how to do it in Pd.

ALSO, is there any way to incorporate csound into Pd or have them
inter-operable? thanks!
