[PD] Re: GEM for MacOSX

Hello PD mailing list,

I am a new subscriber and a new user of PD. I am currently an MFA candidate 
at Parsons School of Design in the Design and Technology program with a 
focus on Multimedia and Interactive Design. I am taking a course called 
"Audio/Visual Systems and Machines" and we will be working quite a 
extensively with PD and possibly with Max as well.

My question is about installing GEM with Mac OSX. On the GEM homepage 
(http://iem.kug.ac.at/GEM/) there is a link to download an "experimental 
port" for OSX. Unfortunately, the link doesn't work. Is anyone out there 
currently using GEM with Mac OSX? How do I find and install GEM on my Mac?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
