[PD] dynamic receive names

for linux there's the "ext13" library that has the "send13" and "receive13" objects. they both can be set dynamically.

i think it's good to keep those objects separated, because it is good to be able to send "set" messages to GUI objects usind the pd-
native "send" without changing the adress.

 if there's any braveheart on the list,"ext13" would definitely be great for windows as well. there's an early version of a windows .dll 
but features only the tilde versions.
