[PD] trouble compiling GEM!!!

      when i'm in the src/Gnu directory and type ./makeauxlibs, these are
the last few lines:

Finished building Auxilliary Libraries

     when i type ./configure these are the last few lines:

checking for glm.h path... ../../../gem-0.87/src/GemLibs/glm
checking for orb.h path... ../../../gem-0.87/src/GemLibs/liborb
checking for papi.h path... ../../../gem-0.87/src/GemLibs/particle
checking for GLTTFont.h path... dirname: too few arguments
Try `dirname --help' for more information.
configure: error: can't find path to GLTTFont.h

        anybody know what's goin on?
