[PD] Updating help files

Having tried to access Dave Sabines site with both
Mozilla and IE, I still can't manage to open it?
Always the same error,

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error
'80040e21'

Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check
each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was
done.

Whats up with that? Anyone know?
