[PD] oggcast~ streaming on Debian

Hi Frank, hi Olaf,

i encountered the same problem, but i already fixed it... Olaf, i once sent
you the modified version with multichannel capability and http
authentification. I think the latter is what's lacking in standard oggcast~.
