[PD] pdp & libquicktime-0.9.2

hi all,

for anyone having problems with libquicktime and pdp i've made a
(temporary) patch to libquicktime 0.9.2 that removes the thread support in
the mjpa/jpeg codec. the decoder/encoder thread seems to go into a loop
when pd is running with rt scheduling. (the lqtplay utility included with
libquicktime has the same problem).

btw, there seems to be avi support in this lqt release. i didn't try yet
