[PD] tcp client

You should download the maxlib that have a tcp server and client ( and other stuff). But the object netsend is much better because it allow the udp (faster) , if it doesn't work , you migth forget to load the dll at pd start ( launch pd with the command line : pd -lib %path to dll )
