hi,

i too am of the tech challenged 
recently introed to pd

but one context for pd 
could be feeding images live 
from a mass spectrometer and electron microscope
onto a screen of jars refilling in a banyan switch
direct from urban taps suspended in a mall 

the migration of art-science hybrids from the laboratories will arise

i do not know well the field
would appreciate all navigational hints
