[PD] Pd and the TERM signal

So it seems to me that Pd does not respond to the Posix TERM signal.  I  
can never get Pd to quit with just a "kill", I always need to send a  
"kill -KILL".  Is the TERM signal just not implemented or might this be  
a bug?
