[PD] Pd 0.37-2 released and denormals

Hi Miller

pd-0.37-2 works fine under linux and has no more denormal-phenomenon.

But the Windows version is badly compiled. You didn't #define __i386__ ,
so pd.exe don't use the #define of PD_BIGORSMALL in m_pd.h and the
denormals still bug the decay of feedback loops.

2 files for testing denormals are attached:
test-denormals.pd + fdbkloop.pd
