[PD] loadbang-bug in abstractions

hi

i may found a bug realated to loadbang and abstractions.

description:
a loadbang in an abstraction works only in the case, when the abstraction
was created manually (creating an object and then typing the name of the
abstraction in it). when you create an abstraction by msg to canvas [obj  10
10 'your-abs'( , the loadbang in abs seems not to work.

i attached a test-patch with an abstraction for illustration purpose.

tested on:

pd-0.37.1 - 0.37.3
windows 98 SE

may someone can reconstruct this?
